Yes. Booking is required for all spa treatments and thermal suite use. To make a reservation, please call the Spa team on +44 (0)1273 224300. Advance booking is recommended, especially for weekends, spa days and special occasions.
Yes. The spa welcomes hotel guests and day visitors, subject to availability. Guests can book treatments, thermal suite access and selected spa experiences in advance.
Robes, towels and flip-flops are provided within the spa. For body treatments, disposable underwear is available, or guests may choose to wear their own underwear or swimwear. Spa therapists are professionally trained in draping techniques to ensure comfort and privacy.
The spa operates a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
To protect the calm atmosphere of the spa, mobile phones and electronic devices should be placed on silent. Their use is not permitted in the spa or relaxation room.
Yes. Lockers are provided, along with male and female changing amenities for bathing. Guests are advised to leave valuables in the safety deposit box provided in their hotel room where possible.
