Cyan does not offer all-day dining. We are open Monday & Tuesday from 5pm with a set menu only and open from 5pm Wednesday - Saturday for evening service with both a la carte and set menu options. On Sunday we are open from 12:30 - 5:30pm for Sunday Roast service.
