As with lots of areas of our lives, our hotel has looked a little different since March 2020 and we continue to be committed to keeping our guests and our staff as safe as possible during this time. From training, service and delivery, to cleanliness, food and technology, we have ensured that we were as readily prepared as possible to deliver a safe, flexible and exceptional customer experience.
Face coverings are no longer mandatory for guests and staff in public areas of the hotel however please feel free to wear a mask if you feel comfortable or prefer to do so. Although restrictions have relaxed, your comfort and confidence is still our top priority. We have updated some of our policies to reflect the changes which you can read about below.

We know that plans can change – especially at the moment – so if you book with us you can choose our ‘best flexible rate’ and no payment will be taken prior to your stay. You can also amend or cancel your booking until 12pm on the day of your arrival with no charge. Booking with us directly means you can also enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine in your room and access to other exclusive offers. Regretfully, we are not able to manage or amend any bookings made via a third party. So, for the most flexible terms and ease of amending your reservation, please book directly with us.
