We are committed to keeping you safe

As with lots of areas of our lives, our hotel has looked a little different since March 2020 and we continue to be committed to keeping our guests and our staff as safe as possible during this time. From training, service and delivery, to cleanliness, food and technology, we have ensured that we were as readily prepared as possible to deliver a safe, flexible and exceptional customer experience.

Face coverings are no longer mandatory for guests and staff in public areas of the hotel however please feel free to wear a mask if you feel comfortable or prefer to do so. Although restrictions have relaxed, your comfort and confidence is still our top priority. We have updated some of our policies to reflect the changes which you can read about below.

We will still be asking our staff to fill in a health survey questionnaire and have their temperature checked every time they are in the hotel as well as completing two lateral flow tests a week.

CLEANLINESS

Our cleaning schedules continue to be reviewed on an ongoing basis with further enhancements made as necessary. Common touch points are sanitised regularly using a chemical-free, sustainable sanitiser - including door handles and lift buttons.

FOOD & DRINK

We are offering the full range of facilities across the hotel including buffet breakfasts (as well as the option of having breakfast in your room), room service and takeaways. We recommend that you book lunch & dinner at our restaurant Cyan or Afternoon tea and dinner in the Victoria Bar and lounge to avoid disappointments, limited walk-in options are available.

CHECK-IN

Please note that as well as the protective screens at our Reception desk, you may notice a non-intrusive camera that will check your temperature on your entrance into the hotel. For your safety and comfort our lifts will operate at half capacity.

Room attendants continue to work to COVID safe standards and we are refreshing bedrooms daily during your stay. If you would prefer for us not to clean your room during your stay once you have checked-in please just let the team know.

You can also amend or cancel your booking until 12pm on the day of your arrival with no charge. Booking with us directly means you can also enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine in your room and access to other exclusive offers. Regretfully, we are not able to manage or amend any bookings made via a third party. So, for the most flexible terms and ease of amending your reservation, please book directly with us.
