The Consort Room is located on the ground floor of the hotel and was refurbished in 2013. The room is ideal for ceremonies of up to 80 guests and can also be hired for a small wedding breakfast of up to 40 guests. Its classic design and neutral tones provide a perfect backdrop to your special day.
The Regent Room
The traditional Regent Room is the perfect space for smaller ceremonies before stepping outside for beautiful postcard-perfect photographs. This room is also a great option for your wedding breakfast or a post ceremony drinks reception.
The Empress Suite
For those larger gatherings, dine in the gorgeous Empress Suite and then let your hair down in the adjoining sea-facing Pavilion Suite. The spacious suite offers great flexibility, meaning it's perfect for medium to large ceremonies and wedding receptions. The classic design features help to compliment a whole range of themes and colour schemes.
This beautifully appointed room is ideal for ceremonies of up to 100 guests. Its bright classic-meets-contemporary decor and the backdrop of the sea is a wonderful setting for both the ceremony and wedding breakfast.

Food and Drink
Our talented chefs make it their priority to offer quality menus using fresh ingredients, presented beautifully to suit all tastes. We invite you to meet with our passionate chefs to create a menu exclusively for you. Should you have any special requirements such as kosher or vegetarian, we will create bespoke dishes for your menu.
Room only hire
Our fabulous sea-facing Empress Suite is available to hire on a room only basis and is suitable for up to 500 guests for your wedding banquet or 800 guests for a ceremony. Hire includes full use of the suite, foyer, private entrance, bathrooms, cloakrooms and street loading. If you are looking to bring in your own specialist caterers they can have use of our fully equipped dedicated banqueting kitchen.
Bridal parties can relax and be pampered from head to toe at The Sp@ at The Grand, offering ESPA and Carita treatments, steam room, sauna and a truly beautiful relaxation lounge. Bridal and male grooming treatments and sophisticated hen party packages are available.

Our beautiful event spaces are perfect for a pre-wedding gathering, engagement party or special anniversary get-together. Choose from the trendy GB1 Seafood Restaurant and Bar, the Regent Room for a classy private dining option or book the Empress Suite or Albert Room for a large gathering.
