Brighton Pier

The classic, quintessential Victorian pier with various food and drink outlets, fairground attractions and Palace of Fun arcade. Not to be missed.

In its original form in 1823 Brighton's first pier was the Old Chain Pier which was primarily used as a landing stage for passenger ships that sailed from Dieppe in France.

The pier is open everyday (except Christmas day.

Charges do apply for ride tokens.

Brighton Museum & Art Gallery

A £10 million redevelopment has transformed Brighton Museum into a state-of-the-art visitor attraction. Dynamic and innovative galleries - including fashion and style, 20th century art and design, and world art.

Brighton Museum & Art Gallery is located in the Royal Pavilion gardens. Its rich collections and exciting exhibits are dynamically displayed in stimulating surroundings. Entrance is free.

The venue is open year round and in the spring and summer seven days a week from 10am-10pm weekdays and 10am-8pm at weekends.
